In order to improve operational efficiency and to ensure long-term competitiveness, at the beginning of 2002. Our Company introduced the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System. The System, as introduced our plants and subsidiaries had been audited in December 2002.
In the spring of 2006, upon re-auditing, our Company introduced – and since then applies – the MSZ 28001:2003 Management System for Workplace Health and Safety, MEBIR.
At present, our Company, in its 38 operational facilities, runs its integrated management system in accordance with the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015, the MSZ EN ISO 14001:2015, and the MSZ 28001:2008 standards.
Our Company is present in 6 regions of Hungary and is engaged in creating working opportunities and to operate businesses for people with reduced working capabilities. In doing so we shall ensure that the work tasks and working conditions are harmonized with health status, the types of disability, and the existing skills and capabilities. We are making every effort to ensure maximum rates of employment that can be achieved with the existing capabilities of our staff, while paying due attention to ensuring creation of value under conventional production conditions.

- Organizing and operation of a wide-scale of facilities for social and work-oriented rehabilitation.
- Creating and upkeeping a Company structure and a working environment compatible with rehabilitation-oriented employment.
- Creating mutually beneficial and long-term partnerships with our customers and business partners.
- Ensuring of uniform quality to our products and services, to meet the specified and voiced expectations of our customers.
Increasing the number of users of products belonging to our scope of activities and produced by our employees, and thus assisting in creating more working opportunities. We are committed to continually advance with our quality assurance system. We shall ensure that our Quality Assurance Policy is being made known, is being understood and accepted at all levels and in all units of our Company. In order to cope with new challenges and requirements we consistently provide training to our colleagues so that their personal knowledge and skills, paired with genuine sense for responsibility, can make further contributions to our Company’s success.

The system applied by us helps in minimizing harmful environmental factors, in preventing any contamination of the environment, in fully complying with requirements of environmental protection, as well as in satisfying the legal requirements pertaining to our business activities.
